How Does The Subscription Work?
Renewal:Subscription Renews the 1st of Every Month
Cut-Off:Cut-off is 7 days before each month. (Ex: Subscribe by Dec. 24th to receive the January Bouquet. Subscriptions created after Dec. 24th will not receive the January Bouquet and will receive their first bouquet in February)
How/When Do I Receive My Bouquet?
Delivery:Your Bouquet will be delivered or ready for pick-up within 7-10 days of renewal.
Store Pick-Up: You will receive a notification when your bouquet is ready for pick-up.
What's the Difference Between a Monthly Subscription and a Pre-Paid Subscription?
Monthly Subscription:You will be billed monthly on the 1st of every month and receive your bouquet monthly. Minimum 2 months commitment before cancellation available.
Pre-Pay Full Year:Subscribe to a full year of flowers and get 5% off! You are charged once for the entire year and will receive flowers monthly following the same schedule as the Monthly Subscription.
Can I Cancel My Subscription?
The Monthly Subscription can only be cancelled after 2 full months of payment (aka 2-month commitment). If you would like to cancel, please contact us at least 8 days before subscription renewal. Requests made after that will not be honored.
The Pre-Paid Plan cannot be cancelled and cannot be refunded.
Can I Gift This to Someone?
Absolutely - it makes the perfect gift! Simply put in their delivery address at checkout! If you want a note added to it each month, please contact us.
