Slight inconsistencies, imperfections and natural beauty of brass are what make these pieces unique. These are decorative pieces and not intended for outdoor use. Please be aware that brass naturally tarnishes over time; a paste of baking soda and lemon juice applied with a cloth with shine it back in no time.
